What we collect

• Booking information: name, email, phone, address, stay dates, number of guests and payment details, so we can confirm and manage your stay. Bookings and payments are processed by our booking software, Lodgify, and its payment providers. We never see your full card number.
• Messages you send us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp, so we can answer you.
• Website usage data collected with cookies (see below).

Cookies and similar tools

• Essential cookies make the booking calendar and checkout work.
• Google Analytics measures visits and bookings in aggregate so we can improve the site.
• Leadfeeder identifies the companies that visit the site, based on network information.
• If we start advertising on Facebook or Instagram, the Meta Pixel may be used to measure those ads. We will update this page if we do.

You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, then deleted. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer you.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers above, which may store data outside Quebec, and when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
